Worshiping - "I am a growing Christian..."

The primary mission of the church is to worship God. 

Our worship gathering is the well-spring of our energy, passion and clarity.  At Church of the Savior we like to emphasize that there is only one audience when it comes to worship-the audience of God. 

Worship, in our tradition, is not a performance conducted by a ministerial staff.  Rather, it is a participatory ritual in which all the people are called to engage in the act of expressing love and gratitude to our Creator.

Whether through litanies, prayers, proclamation, songs, the kiss of peace and silence, the community is called to experience the mystery of a God who is both transcendent and immanent.
